Our Approach
No two sectors carry the same risk.
A retail floor loses stock in daylight while a warehouse yard is exposed at 2am. An office needs to know who came through the door; a strata building needs to let the right visitor in without a key. The hardware overlaps, but the design almost never does.
Before we quote, we look at how your site actually works: trading hours, staff movement, deliveries, contractors, insurance requirements and whatever compliance obligations sit over the top. The system follows from that, not from a catalogue.
Who We Work With
Sectors we design for.
From single storefronts to distribution centres and staged developments, these are the environments we work in most and the systems that suit them.
Retail & Supermarkets
Stock walks out during trading hours, not after them, so coverage has to be usable at the register, the aisle and the back dock at once. We install camera systems with analytics such as people counting and heat mapping, and link footage to point-of-sale data so a transaction can be matched to what actually happened. Our supermarket work includes IGA stores and Fruitezy at Sydney Fish Market, where a Hikvision system with fisheye coverage and POS integration was installed.
CCTV & video surveillanceCommercial & Offices
Offices need to control the front door and the server room differently, and to know who opened each of them. Card, fob and mobile credentials replace keys that get copied, and access records tie an entry to a person and a time. The same visit usually covers the cabling and switching the business runs on, because the two are installed in the same ceiling.
Access control systemsIndustrial & Logistics
Warehouses and yards are large, mostly empty after hours, and hard to cover from the building alone. We plan perimeter camera positions and detection zones around vehicle movements and fence lines, so trucks and forklifts do not trigger a callout every night. Hardware is specified for dust, heat and vibration rather than for an office ceiling.
Alarm systemsConstruction & Development
On a build, the security and cabling package has to land in the right week or it holds up the trades behind it. We work to the specification and the program, coordinate our rough-in with the other services, and hand over documentation the building manager can actually use. Our project work includes Stockland Momenta.
Data cablingHospitality & Venues
Cameras in a venue have to do their job without becoming part of the decor. We cover entries, gaming and service areas, tills and back-of-house with equipment sized and placed to stay discreet, and keep recording quality high enough to be useful in an incident review. Guest and staff networks are separated so one cannot slow or reach the other.
Business networksStrata & Multi-Residential
Residential buildings turn over residents, keys and contractors constantly, and the committee has to manage all of it. Video intercoms let residents see and admit visitors from a handset or phone, while common-area cameras cover lobbies, car parks and bin rooms. Everything runs on structured cabling that a future technician can trace without guessing.
Intercom systemsRollouts
Multi-site and staged rollouts.
Where a business runs several sites, or a builder hands over in stages, the difficulty is rarely the technology. It is keeping every site consistent, and getting the work done in the window you actually have.
- Consistent hardware standards: the same equipment and configuration across every site, so a technician who knows one knows them all.
- Central management: cameras, doors and users viewed and administered from one place instead of site by site.
- Documented handover: as-built details, labelling, credentials and device records handed over per site, not months later.
- Staged delivery: installation scheduled around trading hours and construction programs, including nights and weekends where that is the only clear run.
